My China Hutch

I have had quite a few people (including very persistent family members) asking for some house photos. Tonight I finally finished part of the house - my china hutch! I absolutely love the hutch we (ok, I) picked out, but what's inside is even more special.
When I became engaged 3 1/2 years ago (crazy!!), my grandma gave me a set of silver flatware that is a family heirloom (which my wonderful mother polished for me and put in a gorgeous mahogany box). Then when JJ and I got married, his mom offered his grandmother's china to us. I've been waiting close to two years to actually get it though, because I told my mother in law I didn't want it until we moved into a house. Finally, when registering, I chose the Mikasa cheers glassware because it's cute but still formal.
Well, the day finally came and JJ's parents brought the china over tonight! As I was unpacking it, I found 8 regular cups and saucers, and then 8 tiny little cups and saucers! I suppose I could use them for shots of espresso... but then I'd need an espresso machine. The would also be perfect for a little girl tea party :)

This shot shows the tiny cup and saucer on top of 2 regular ones!

That's really pretty!
We made the chili burgers I got from your site the other day and really liked them! Even teenagers enjoyed them, although they informed me that we had to call them "veggie sandwiches" instead of burgers :)
